"We had planned for this day to get married but forgot it was the day of the parade," said the now-Cynthia Plank, a band teacher at Beaumont Middle School. "We didn't think the courthouse would let all our band friends in after the parade with their metal instruments."
The groom wore tuxedo tails and the bride wore a tiara and veil over their "Get a Life" T-shirts to march in the parade after the ceremony. Corey attached a "Just Married" sign to his back.
"It's kind of a special parade today," he said.
