Motorcoach to Puyallup Fair

This form is for motorcoach travel to Puyallup, WA only. Motorcoach is FREE TO BAND MEMBERS for this trip, $12 per person for non-band members. We are asking for signups so that we can reserve the right amount of bus space and to let the Puyallup organizers know how many people to expect to feed (band members attending the Fair will receive food vouchers).
